Job responsibilitiesTeach the subject of art to primary school students utilizing the IB framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environments Job requirementsBachelor degree or above in the related subjectTeaching certificateTwo or more years teaching experience in the subjectGood understanding of teaching in IB context Salary and benefitsMonthly Salary 25,000 to 26,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance of 4,000 RMBTravel allowance is 2000 RMB per yearProvide a two- year contract and completion bonus is 20,000International insurance is 10,000 RMB per yearFully paid summer and winter holidayPublic holiday
