Your Role:
Provide individual therapy to clients of various ages and backgrounds
Develop customized treatment plans based on client needs
Use evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
Collaborate with psychiatric providers to support holistic care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Deliver care in alignment with ethical and professional standards
Who We’re Looking For:
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Connecticut
Passion for providing inclusive, client-centered care
Experience with diverse populations and/or special needs
Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (telehealth and in-person)
A strong communicator and collaborative team member
