Please be prepare to send your resume.** **Job Description** Inspect products and assist in meeting schedules and completing assignments as directed. You must be flexible working in a job shop-oriented environment on multiple product types. There is a keen focus on building technical knowledge and experience from working on mechanical, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic assemblies. **Responsibilities** + Visually verify product compliance to customer and company specifications. + Functionally verify product performance to defined test criteria. + Utilize hand and power tools, electronic and pneumatic testing fixtures and devices. + Complete department work assignments in a timely manner. + Create rework instructions or redline documentation and communicate corrective action directions to the appropriate parties when necessary. + Shift work assignment priorities when needed and as directed. + Responsible for organization of tools and workstation cleanliness. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Good mechanical assembly aptitude. + Ability to document inspection findings, redline, and communicate corrections as needed. + Proficient in data entry, organization, and technical reporting from data sets. + Good hand/eye coordination. + Ability to read and understand Bills of Materials, drawings, sketches, and test instructions. + Good understanding of the English language and ability to communicate effectively. + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. + 1-2 years of progressive assembly experience. + Moderate knowledge of tools and power tools. + Experience with blueprint reading, electrical testing, quality assurance, quality control, pneumatics/electrical testing. + 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, or no degree with 5 years of technical experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with high voltage (240v) devices/equipment. + Experience performing testing to ANSI, ISO 9001, and/or ISO standards. + Experience with automatic test equipment and troubleshooting. + Ability to write Certificates of Compliance (C of C) and gather data. + Experience in inspection of material and components. + 3-5 years of successful Test Technician experience. + Ability to read schematics and drawings. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with engineers. + Computer proficiency, especially in Excel and ERP systems. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage effective the first of every month.
